Vintage Lama is a family owned small business operating out of the suburbs of Chicago. Art, vintage collectibles, vintage clothes and jewelry and other vintage and antique unique objects have always intrigued us. Each piece is so uniquely filled with character and has a story from the era in which it was made. My husband has an obsession for estate sales and flea markets. He pulled me into it and now I join him on these treasure hunt and love it. We go scavenging when we find time from our toddler and our day time jobs.

We have collected a lot of unique and diverse items overs the years and are excited to share with you these collections to select from. We hope you’ll love them as much as we have. It is important to note that these items are not new and have been pre-loved before our acquisition. They will show signs of age and wear. We have tried to maintain the original state of these items when we acquired them for collectors but will clean them before they are delivered, if requested. Most collectors like us, love to keep their collectibles in its original state as much as possible because that shows the age and character of the item.

We are greatly inspired by art of every form and the history behind them, and at the same time excited for the future of art because in its own way, art brings us together in conversation. Our ability to share and discuss our thoughts on a piece of art helps us identify with others or understand them better.
